But try mixing Dutch cocoa in cold milk. It will hardly work either. It is therefore better to first dissolve the cocoa in a small amount of hot or even boiling water. It dissolves in it immediately, including Natural cocoa, ie. cocoa with no alkali salts added.

Classic hot variant
Pour 2 teaspoons of cocoa and (cane) sugar into the glass to taste.
Then pour hot to boiling water.

Cold summer variant (Ice Cacao Penguino)
As with hot cocoa, pour 2 teaspoons of cocoa and (cane) sugar into the glass to taste.
Then pour a little hot or boiling water. It is also possible to make it with milk, but cocoa dissolves better in water.
